STAY IN THE SCOTT SECTOR
Located in the municipality of Lac-des-Aigles, the Scott sector is the ultimate destination for adventure tourism and fly-fishing enthusiasts. Once the gateway to the prestigious Scott's Fish and Game Club, this area stands out for its unique historical character, marked by the presence of remnants from this private hunting and fishing club founded in the late 1800s.
Completely off the public power grid, the Scott sector is powered by a combination of solar energy and propane, offering modern comfort in harmony with nature. The absence of light pollution enhances the exceptional clarity of its night sky, making it a true haven for astronomy enthusiasts.
The sector features four cottages, several ready-to-camp units, rustic campsites, and a beautiful canoe circuit leading to the majestic Lac Touradi. Canoes and kayaks are available for rent on site.
For fishing enthusiasts, several daily fishing lakes are accessible in the area. More than 20 km of trails also wind through the territory, revealing stone artifacts from the early days of the private club, as well as the new Haut-Pays observation tower, located at the summit of Mount Islet.

Canyon Sector | Cottages, yurts, ready-to-camp and campground
Located near the Hell's Gate Canyon park, the Canyon sector is the ideal starting point to fully experience Terfa, both in summer and winter. Stay at the heart of the action and enjoy a wide range of family-friendly activities: stocked lakes for daily fishing, restaurant, night show, immersive routes, suspension bridge, as well as numerous hiking, biking, snowshoeing, ski hok and cross-country skiing trails during the winter season.
Des Baies sector | Cottages
The Baies sector stands out for its preserved natural environment and its remarkable concentration of lakes, including the majestic Lac des Baies. Located in the heart of the Touradi Aquatic Protected Area, this part of the territory is the ultimate destination for water-based experiences, where calm and vast open spaces come together. The 12 cottages in this sector, all located along the water's edge, offer an unparalleled experience of relaxation and outdoor living. Some units even include, at no additional cost, access to a kayak and a paddleboard so you can fully explore this breathtaking natural setting.

The Scott sector includes three cottages and several ready-to-camp units, all powered by alternative energy and off the public electrical grid. This haven of tranquility is especially popular with astronomy enthusiasts, drawn by the exceptional clarity of its night skies.
WHAT TO BRING FOR YOUR STAY
Here is a list of essential items to bring with you during your stay.
| • Bedding and towels | Bedding is not included in our accommodations. We provide pillows and pillowcases, but you will need to bring your own bedding (sheets, blankets, or sleeping bag) as well as bath towels. |
| • Drinking water | The cottages and sanitary blocks are supplied with running water, but it is not potable. Please make sure to bring enough drinking water for your stay. |
| • Toiletries | We provide dish soap, but not body soap or shampoo. |
| • Food | It is recommended to bring enough food supplies for the entire duration of your stay. The nearest grocery store is several kilometers away. |
| • Insect protection | Insect repellent or a mosquito net may be useful, especially during peak mosquito season. |
